Soil: mix of clay and sand of Miocene and Pliocene origin.
Altitude: 100-300 m.
Alcohol: 11,50 %
Winemaking:
Maceration on the skins, fermentation
and maturation in steel tanks. The wine ages in
bottle in air-conditioned warehouse.
Tasting notes:
Harmonious, slightly spicy with
scent of raspberry. To be served at 18°C.
with pizza, pasta, cheese and red meat.
