DESCRIPTION:
On the Conero wine for three thousand years ago, the Etruscans began ten centuries before Christ. This wine is the pride of the Marches and those who live on the slopes of the Conero. It comes from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes. The grapes Montepulciano damage fruity wood, typical of Mediterranean regions, such as, for example, the dried cherries. The wine reaches an elegance and malleability that will produce excellent results with shorter or longer stays in barrels (35-50 hl.). The vinification of the grapes takes place in stainless steel tanks to "submerged cap", with temperature control. The time spent with the skins ranging from 6 to 11 days, depending on the quality of the grapes. The color is a deep ruby red with violet reflections that turn to garnet with aging.
