Growing area: the Marche region.
Location: in the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Ancona.
Age: 4-30 years.
Soils: derived from alluvially-deposited seabed sediment, predominantly Plio-Pleistocene and Miocene, with predominance of clay and sand, especially in the coastal zones.
Aspect and elevation: north-east, south, north-west at 100/400 m.
Varieties and growing practices
Grapes: Trebbiano, Verdicchio and Malvasia.
Training system: double guyot and double arched cane.
Vineyard density: 1700-3000 vines per hectare.
Yield: about 15 t. of grapes.
Vinification
Harvest: by hand and by machine.
Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Maturation: in steel tanks, then in bottle in temperature-controlled storage.
Tasting notes
Appearnace: pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights.
Bouquet: subtle hints of white flowers that alternate with scent of fruit.
Palate: well-balanced, easy to drink, fresh and crisp.
Alcohol
11,00% vol.
Cellaring
To drink when young, to appreciate its freshness, within 2 years from harvesting.
Serving suggestions
Excellent aperitif, it loves Italian-style appetizers. Perfect with fish and pasta.

10-12° C.
